confession time

i meant to post this yesterday, because i learned about how God is so full of grace and must have a sense of humor!

i went to bed tuesday ready to be up early to meet with God. that night, the first battle with lazyness was lost--i did not change the time on my alarm. it was set for 6 and i figured i wouldn't need a shower because i have a class on wednesday mornings.

so i went to bed.

he split the difference with me, my eyes opened up at 5:40ish, no alarm. i actually laughed. i was able to do my devotional, my daily bible reading AND my bible study homework before the kids were up.

this morning, up before the alarm, and again got all that done, plus mike was able to do our couple devotional with me--the kids were all home and it was a slow morning for them.

tomorrow, i have to be up and out of here with all three ready for the day by 8:30 and i'm already kicking myself that i haven't gone to bed already. i AM going to change the alarm....
