"quiet" vs. "noisy" times

i subscribe to the feeds of several blogs--many people i know and a few that i don't know personally, but enjoy reading.

one of them is girl talk (can't remember right now where i "found" this, maybe sally's blog).

today's post made me smile. why? because God makes these appointments for me, He meets me where i am. He is SO GOOD!

right when i am working on getting my quiet time back on track and being intentional about prayer, i see this. i don't know if i'm ready to talk out loud to God, but i have started writing out my prayers using the ACTS model.

i'll keep working on developing this habit and post again.
